Blind Youth Association Nepal & International Foundation for Electoral Systems (2023) Access and Participation of Persons with Disabilities in Nepal’s 2022 General Elections

This document provides findings from observations of 2022 Nepali general elections in relation to their accessibility for and inclusion of people with disabilities. The observations were carried out by Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN) and International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) who provide their key findings, including examples of good practice as well as barriers, and key recommendations.
