The purpose of this toolkit is to help CBM staff to ‘walk the talk’ on disability and gender equality. It aims to help staff to improve the quality of their approach and ways of working, both internally and with partners, and strengthen accountability, organisational learning and reflection, quality of program implementation and organisational performance, and monitoring and evidence of changeover time. The toolkit gives examples of different ways it can be used, and can be used by other humanitarian and development practitioners to improve their practice.
