The Rapid Assessment of Disability (RAD) is a survey tool for collecting disability data developed by the Nossal Institute for Global Health and the Centre for Eye Research Australia. The RAD provides a standardised approach to collecting data and understanding disability that can be applied across agencies and sectors. It has been designed to be used by a range of organisations, such as:
- national and local government
- civil society, non-government and organisations of people with disabilities
- development agencies
- research institutes
