This document highlights the crucial role of cluster coordinators and information managers in coordinating and assisting partners to address the needs of people with disabilities in humanitarian responses. It emphasises the importance of making humanitarian responses inclusive, safe, and accessible for everyone throughout the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC), and provides essential guidelines for integrating disability inclusion into cluster coordination systems and processes.
