This research policy brief is informed by the results of a participatory research project into access to road infrastructure by people with disabilities in Papua New Guinea. It presents key access issues and makes policy and program recommendations relevant for donors and organisations implementing infrastructure projects that impact on road users, both in PNG and other settings.
