This report highlights the impact of climate change on people with disabilities in Pacific island nations. It examines the negative effects of climate change on aspects such as agriculture, fishing, food security, water access, and health for people with disabilities in Kiribati, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu.

The study reveals that increasing climate-related disasters and exclusion from migration intensify the risks and challenges faced by people with disabilities, particularly in terms of livelihoods and household food security. The report calls for inclusive climate action that involves meaningful participation of individuals with disabilities in preparedness, adaptation, and mitigation efforts, addressing both existing and emerging risks.
